Originally from London – her parents were both immigrants, her father being a refugee from Nazism and her mother, a Windrush generation British citizen from Trinidad, Sara brings her passion for community, social and racial justice and creativity as a musician, teacher, and composer in all that she does.
Horsham has been her home for nearly 20 years, and in that time, she’s been a tireless advocate for the issues that matter most—affordable housing, environmental protection, and accessible local healthcare, including GPs and NHS dentists.
Sara believes Horsham’s future depends on investing in its young people. She’s committed to ensuring they have the opportunities, support, and spaces they need to thrive.
