Horsham Labour Only Labour can beat the Tories in Horsham.
I have lived in the area for 18 years and even though I am outside Itchingfield, Slinfold and Warnham, my nearest amenities are in Barns Green which I frequently go to for the post office and corner shop, as well as walking in the area, or to Sumner’s Ponds, or the Queen’s Head.
I am dismayed at the cuts to local bus services we have seen over the period the Conservatives have been in office. I used to catch the 74 bus but it does not even run every day and not everywhere in this area is near to a train station.
I have always been active in the community I live in whether it has been community coffee mornings or setting up speed monitoring initiatives or getting graffiti removed and kerbs repaired within areas in Horsham district.
I see public sector employees stretched beyond what is sustainable and this cannot carry on.
I am keen to serve as your Labour councillor to represent everyone within this ward, whatever their political views, as I believe a strong and supported community benefits everyone.
